Job Title: Subcontracted Construction Laborer (Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

About the Role

We’re seeking reliable and hardworking construction laborers to join our team on a subcontract basis. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work on some awesome tiny home projects! Ideal for experienced tradespeople or general laborers looking for steady work without a rigid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks such as demolition, site cleanup, material handling, framing, or finish work.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed on active job sites.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job site in White Cloud, MI.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety.
• Must have basic tools and valid work eligibility.

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible hours: part-time or full-time opportunities available.
• Projects may include weekday, evening, or weekend work depending on availability.
• Pay: Based on experience and job scope (hourly or per-project rates).
• Subcontract (1099 status) – workers are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
